The GW IT Walk-In Support Center in Academic Center is our main hub to provide in person support. Whether you have questions about connecting your device or what software is available to the GW community, our GW IT technicians are here to help.

Thanksgiving Break 2024: Special Operating Hours
- Nov. 25 - Dec. 1: GW IT phone support and IT self-help knowledge base will continue to be available 24/7.
- Nov. 28 - Dec. 1: Walk-in IT support centers and dispatched IT Support - Closed.
- Any standard IT support tickets submitted during the break will be triaged on Dec. 2. Urgent issues will be addressed by on-call support staff throughout the break.
