An Affiliated University Constituent (AUC) is an individual with a legitimate and verifiable affiliation with GW who is NOT a current student or a member of GW's faculty or staff. AUCs include visiting scholars not paid as employees, select contractors, and friends of the University. They require sponsorship by a paid GW faculty or staff member at the department head/manager level (or higher).
