Digital signs across GW campuses help promote major events, deadlines, student reminders, and other important announcements. Each display has specific dimensions and submission requirements.
Need a new sign or change the managers of signs in your area?
- Submit the Digital Signage Request form or contact GW IT for general questions.
Note: Digital signs are funded by individual departments.
Want to Expand the Reach of Your Digital Sign Campaign?
- GW faculty and staff can use the Digital Signage Directory to identify digital signs across campus and connect with the individuals or departments that manage them.
- Log in to myGW and search for "Digital Signage Directory" to find screens that may be a good fit for your campaign.
Request Forms for Specific Campus Locations
Some departments and units provide forms to request that content be shared on the digital signs they manage. Use the forms to submit graphics or promotional content for consideration at these locations:
