Staff, faculty and students who create communications or marketing materials on behalf of the university need to follow GW’s Identity Standards & Guidelines. These cover proper usage of institutional logos and logos for individual units, as well as color palette, fonts and other visual elements.

If you have questions on proper visual identity usage, or would like to purchase licenses for Avenir or Hoefler fonts, please email visualidentity@gwu.edu for guidance.
