GW Box Access

In order to access GW Box, you will need to set up two-step authentication. Two-step authentication is a method of securing access to online information with two pieces of information, for example your password plus a one-time code sent to your phone. GW IT will use Microsoft two-step authentication to ask individuals for a second confirmation of their identity at login, using a physical device in their possession. The device may be a smartphone or tablet using an app, a text message to a phone, or an automated voice call to landline or cell phone.

Timeline

GW Docs Transition Image

In order to provide a seamless transition to the new GW Documents service, GW IT plans to delay the previously published migration schedule to evaluate and review additional features and options to fully satisfy existing and new needs of the university as a whole. At this time, GW IT is not migrating any group to the new platform. Additional communications will be sent to your group to determine a new migration schedule once the new platform is in place. If you have questions, please email [email protected].
