This is to inform the GW community that GW IT specialists continue to work with the vendor on the service degradation impacting applications and services that are being served off GW's DaaS environment.
Updated Impact: Customers may experience slow downs or disconnects when attempting to use applications running off the DaaS VMWare platform. While investigating the root cause with the vendor, users are requested to save their work and log off from these apps to avoid any unplanned interruption. The impacted applications are:
- Banner Workflow
- Conference Programmer
- Titanium Schedule
