Time Reporting (Kronos): Faculty & Staff

Kronos is GW’s workforce time management system for time and attendance tracking. The application allows both regular and student employees to record their hours worked, by clocking in and clocking out via the web or through a campus telephone (7-8236 or 7-8330).

Designated GW Faculty and Staff have timekeeper responsibilities. Timekeepers are responsible for reviewing, approving and sending time sheets to Payroll Services.  Additional Timekeeper responsibilities are listed on Payroll Services' website.  To obtain Timekeeper access, please request an account through Payroll Services.
