Submit a Ticket

The Division of IT's service request module allows GW community members to submit a request for a variety of services including fix and repairs, voice and data services and others.

How does the ticket process work?

  • Once you submit a ticket, a support analyst will begin working to resolve your issue. If additional information is needed, the support analyst will contact you via email or phone. 
  • Support analysts work to resolve your tickets as soon as possible. You may experience longer wait times during the first 15 days of the fall and spring semesters due to the larger volume of requests. 
  • Once you login to the ticket request system, you will see a list of your submitted requests. Click on the request to see its progress.
