Submit a Request for IT Services
You must be on GW's network (GWireless, GWired, GWconnect)
or using GW's Virtual Private Network (VPN) to submit a ticket.
The Division of IT's service request module allows GW community members to submit a request for a variety of services including fix and repairs, voice and data services, printer services and others. After login, you will see the screen pictured below. Choose the request form that best fits your needs.
