Service Degradation - GW Google Apps- Resolved
Division of IT staff are investigating changes that occurred to the GW Google Apps and email interface. As a result, when some users click on the Apps link to access calendar, drive and groups they may be redirected to a new Google Assistant page.
Until Division of IT staff can address this issue, users are encouraged to close their browser and reopen it after loading the Google Assistant page once. In many instances this resolves the problem and restores the interface to its normal behavior.
In the case restarting the browser doesn't resolve the issue, customers can access Calendar and Drive by scrolling to the bottom of the new interface page.
