RESOLVED - DaaS (Desktop as a Service) VMWare Horizon Service

This is to inform the GW community that the service interruption with DaaS VMWare Horizon has been resolved. GW IT specialists have confirmed restoration of the service and are closely monitoring the service and connections to ensure optimal operation of the service. 

Final Update: Users are able to access their virtual desktop services. Please report any related issues to the IT Support Center at 202-994-GWIT (4948) for immediate escalation.
