IT Support Center

The IT Support Center, available Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 10:00pm, is your one-stop shop for all of your technology needs at GW, and offers support for the following:

  • GW accounts
  • Email
  • Getting connected: phone, data and cable TV
  • Technical endpoint support: computers, laptops and mobile devices
  • Enterprise applications
  • Commercial off-the-shelf software support

You can reach the IT Support Center by

  • sending an email to
  • submitting a web request support ticket
  • calling the IT Support Center at 202-994-GWIT (4948) or 4-4948 if calling from a campus phone (available Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 10:00pm)
  • chatting with a support representative (available Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 7:00pm)
  • remote assistance (for Mac and for PC), which allows Division of IT support analysts to access your computer to provide technical assistance remotely. Only use this option when directed to do so by a Division of IT support analyst
