Banner Printer Request

In order to print from the Banner administrative system, the Division of Information Technology needs to create a print queue and link it to an existing printer. If you wish to request the creation of a print queue, please complete this form. Please provide relevant contact and printer information; if you need any assistance in gathering the information requested, contact your regular service technician or the IT Support Center at 202-994-GWIT (4948) or [email protected] or submit an IT support request.

NOTE: Please ensure that the printer for which you are requesting the Banner queue is networkable and that it supports PostScript printing before completing this form.
