GW community members can access the GW network and other university systems through a remote and secure electronic gateway by acquiring a virtual private network (VPN), an encryption that provides a secure connection through an otherwise insecure network.

How Do I Get a VPN Client?
Students:
Visit the VPN verification connection and enter your NetID and password to start using GWireless.

Staff and faculty:
For EAS or Banner users, send all VPN requests and inquiries to the Banner Security Office:
