Proud to Be GW: Division of IT engagement program

The Division of Information Technology evaluates and delivers innovative and collaborative technology solutions that promote and advance teaching, learning, research and support for administrative operations for the GW community.  Our vision is to serve as the trusted technology partner and leader that facilitates and drive innovative solutions as GW emerges as a preeminent research institution and continues its tradition as a world-class university.

The Proud to Be GW: Division IT engagement program, a culture-building initiative, will support the division's mission and vision by strengthening the sense of community in the Division of IT as well as improving teamwork and relationships among Division of IT staff.  These results will unite the Division of IT team, which is usually physically separated across campuses and telecommuting locations, and encourage a culture of pride in the organization, leading to more enthusiastic, collaborative staff who are better equipped to carry out the division's goals and projects.

The Proud to Be GW: Division of IT engagement program combines a variety of activities, events and service initiatives to tie in directly with the university's values of community, diversity, service and teamwork.  The inclusive program will foster a sense of kinship and community, provide us opportunities to celebrate our diversity, reinforce our dedication to service and improve teamwork among Division of IT staff.
