The Division of Information Technology provides enhanced desktop and computer support services to staff and faculty departments on a contractual basis.  This service includes complete setup and technical support of a typical office environment. 

Customers also have access to specialized tools to seek support and maintain performance, including: remote management, centralized workstation software updates (patches), centrally maintained and distributed software applications, security and authentication, file sharing, computer and software inventory management, firewall configuration and anti-virus updates.
