GW community members can access the GW network and other University systems through a remote and secure electronic gateway by acquiring a Virtual Private Network (VPN), an encryption that provides a secure connection through an otherwise insecure network. 

How Do I Get a VPN Client?

Students: visit the VPN verification connection and enter your NetID and Password to start using GWireless.

Staff and Faculty: for EAS or Banner users, send all VPN requests and inquiries to the Banner Security Office:
