The Proud to Be GW: Division of IT engagement program, a culture-building initiative, supports the division's mission and vision by strengthening the sense of community in the division as well as improving teamwork and relationships among Division of IT staff.

These results unite the Division of IT team, which is usually physically separated across campuses and telecommuting locations, and encourage a culture of pride in the organization, leading to more enthusiastic, collaborative staff who are better equipped to carry out the division's goals and projects.

This program combines a variety of activities, events and service initiatives to tie in directly with the University's values of community, diversity, service and teamwork.  The inclusive program will fosters a sense of kinship and community, provides us opportunities to celebrate our diversity, reinforces our dedication to service and improves teamwork among Division of IT staff.  See the State of the Division of IT newsletter for monthly updates on the program and events schedule.
