Desktop and Computer Contracts

The Division of Information Technology provides enhanced desktop and computer support services to staff and faculty departments on a contractual basis.  This service includes complete setup and technical support of a typical office environment.

Customers also have access to specialized tools to seek support and maintain performance, including remote management, centralized workstation software updates (patches), centrally maintained and distributed software applications, security and authentication, file-sharing, computer and software inventory management, firewall configuration and antivirus updates.
